1. Service scope
NORNR provides software for policy-driven spend control, approvals, audit artifacts and related operator workflows for autonomous systems. NORNR is not a bank, investment adviser or custodian unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the security of API keys, operator accounts and downstream systems connected to NORNR. You must promptly rotate or revoke any compromised credential and notify NORNR at [email protected].
3. Acceptable use
- You may not use NORNR to violate applicable laws, sanctions or contractual restrictions.
- You may not attempt to bypass policy, approval or audit controls built into the service.
- You may not interfere with the availability or integrity of the service or other customers' environments.
4. Fees and billing
Paid plans, usage-based fees and checkout flows are described on the pricing surface or in a separate order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.
5. Customer responsibility
You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and authorization of underlying spend intents, counterparties and settlement actions initiated from your environment, including any agent behavior that leads to those actions.
6. Data and confidentiality
As between the parties, you retain rights to your data. NORNR may process service metadata, logs and support information to operate, secure and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and any written data terms.
7. Pre-release features
Preview, beta, pilot or design partner features may change, be discontinued or have limited support. They are provided on an as-is basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NORNR disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
