What data leaves my Mac?
The app is designed to keep work history local. It does not send task content, screenshots, cookies, task IDs, or account data externally. Optional mobile notifications are low-information only. The product update form is separate and is processed by Formspree so RH Monitor can manage product updates.
Does RH Monitor submit tasks or rate for me?
No. RH Monitor is a tracking and status companion. It does not submit ratings, complete tasks, or change task content.
Does it work on Windows?
The first version is built for macOS. Windows interest is useful feedback for later.
Is it paid?
Yes. RH Monitor is planned as a paid Mac app. Early-access users will help shape pricing and beta priorities.
How do I get the app after purchase?
The Lemon Squeezy receipt includes your license key. Download the Mac DMG from the RH Monitor download page, install the app, then paste the license key inside RH Monitor.
What if macOS says the app cannot be opened?
The current Mac build is not notarized yet while Developer ID signing is pending. macOS may ask for an extra confirmation before opening. Email support@nornr.com if you are blocked.
Can I export my data?
Yes. RH Monitor supports CSV export for your own records, tracking, or reporting.
Can I correct tracked tasks?
Yes. The tracker supports editable history for paid time, actual time, source, and notes.
Can it notify my phone?
Optional mobile notifications can be configured, but they should only contain simple status words like YES, NO, LOGOUT, or SLEEP.
Do I need to understand technical setup?
The product goal is no. Normal UI should talk about the app connection in plain language and keep implementation details out of the way.
