What RH Monitor tracks
RH Monitor tracks local work metadata that helps you understand your own workday: status, task counts, paid time, actual time, hourly rate, currency, estimated earnings, sessions, notes, and CSV export history.
What RH Monitor should not collect
- No screenshots.
- No task content.
- No cookies.
- No account data.
- No task IDs or page text in external notifications.
- No private connection details in diagnostics or marketing copy.
Local-first storage
Work history is intended to stay on the user’s Mac. CSV export is initiated by the user and saved locally. If a future paid product adds account or license features, those should remain separate from task/work content.
Anonymous product analytics
The website records privacy-preserving product events such as page views, download button clicks, checkout clicks, and DMG download requests so we can understand the public funnel. These events may include the page path, app version/file name, country, referrer, and hashed browser/network identifiers for approximate unique counts.
The Mac app sends anonymous app-health events such as first launch, app launch, update check, and Tracker Pro activation result by default. These events include app version, language, macOS major version, CPU architecture, plan/status, a random anonymous install ID, and country-level request metadata supplied by Cloudflare. The install ID is not your license key, email, RaterHub account, or device serial number. You can turn anonymous app analytics off in RH Monitor settings.
Anonymous product analytics do not include task content, task IDs, work history, earnings, notes, screenshots, cookies, account data, license keys, page text, browser URLs, or RaterHub credentials.
Product update signup
If you join the product update list, the website sends your form submission to Formspree, the form provider used for this page. That submission can include your email address, preferred language, selected product interest, pricing preference, email-update consent, platform-rules acknowledgement, timestamp, and page URL.
This signup data is used only to manage RH Monitor product updates, launch updates, and product research. It is separate from RH Monitor app work data and does not include task content, screenshots, cookies, account data, task IDs, or work history. You can ask to be removed from the update list by replying to any RH Monitor email.
Mobile notifications
Optional mobile notifications should remain low-information only. Current safe status words are YES, NO, LOGOUT, and SLEEP. They should never include task text, screenshots, account information, task identifiers, or private connection details.

RH Monitor is an independent product and is not affiliated with RaterHub, Google, TELUS, or any rating platform. Users should use it only if allowed by their work/platform rules.
